The Gospel is free, but the container of the Gospel is an expensive infrastructure.
People often confuse an open heaven with an open checkbook. They see the radical generosity of Jesus and assume that every venture associated with His name should be devoid of a price tag. This mistake doesn't just hurt the creator's bottom line. It actually cripples the mission of the Kingdom in the marketplace.
Because you have received the Spirit of God without cost, you must minister that Spirit without cost. But your business is not the Holy Spirit. Your business is a delivery system.
The Theology of the Mechanism
We see the standard in Matthew 10:8 "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give." This is the law of spiritual impartation. You cannot charge a fee for a miracle. You cannot put a price on the prophetic word that sets someone free.
But discipleship requires a structure. And in this world, structure requires capital. When Jesus sent out the twelve, He told them to rely on the house of a "worthy" person. He was teaching them that the laborer is worthy of his hire.
He didn't want them worrying about the logistics of their survival while they were busy changing the world. The same principle applies to your venture today. Your spiritual authority is the product of grace. Your operational efficiency is the product of investment.
Salvation is Price-less
You must never put a gate in front of the path to eternal life. That is the quickest way to lose your anointing. If your entire model is built around charging people to hear the basic truth of the Gospel, you are no longer a pioneer. You are a merchant of the sanctuary.
The power of God is not for sale. Simon the Sorcerer tried to buy the gift of God with money and Peter rebuked him for it. This is why we hold a high line on the distinction between ministry and industry.
The industry is what sustains the ministry. You are not selling the presence of God. You are selling the time, the tools, and the training that help people navigate that presence.
Structure Requires Stewardship
Think about a church building. The pews, the sound system, the lighting, and the heating bill all cost money. Nobody complains when the offering plate goes around to keep the lights on. They understand that the building is the structure that houses the salvation message.
Your digital products, your coaching programs, and your high-level Masterminds are the building. They are the infrastructure. Creating a high-quality environment for transformation costs you something.
If you don't charge for the value of that environment, you will eventually run out of resources to build it. A Kingdom creator who refuses to charge for their structure is a creator who will soon be out of business. And an out-of-business creator cannot take back culture.

Mastering the Two-Fold Model
The secret is to keep the "what" free and the "how" paid. The "what" is the truth of the Kingdom. The "how" is the specific system, the personalized coaching, and the community you have curated to implement that truth.
When someone pays you for a course, they aren't paying for the Bible. They are paying for your years of trial and error packed into a ten-hour curriculum. They are paying for the convenience of your curation.
That is a fair trade in any economy. It is the biblical model of exchange. It allows you to fund the expansion of the Kingdom while keeping your hands clean of greed.
Funding the Global Mission
God wants His people to be the wealthiest people on the planet. He wants us to have the most influence in every sphere of culture. But that influence is bought with a price.
If you are afraid to ask for payment, you are limiting your ability to reach more people. Your profit is the seed for your next harvest of souls. It is what allows you to hire a team, buy better equipment, and scale your impact beyond your own physical capacity.
Stop apologizing for the invoice. High-level leadership requires high-level capital. You are not a beggar for the Gospel. You are an ambassador of a King who owns the cattle on a thousand hills.
You give the Spirit away for free. You charge for the ship that carries the Spirit to the ends of the earth.
