Redemptive leadership is not about being perfect. It is about being positioned. It is about acknowledging that every ounce of success you achieve is rooted in the grace of God.
When you function from this place, your business becomes a ministry. Your influence becomes a tool for the Kingdom. You are no longer working for your own glory, but for the expansion of His dominion.
